Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
All enrollments in paid programs, workshops, and events at Fearless Champions Hub are subject to this Refund and Cancellation Policy. By completing a purchase or registration, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility varies by program type and the timing of the cancellation request:

3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Program materials, workbooks, or digital resources once accessed or downloaded.
- Enrollments where a discount code or promotional pricing was applied, unless the program is cancelled by Fearless Champions Hub.
- Partial attendance at a live workshop or event.
- Processing fees charged by third-party payment gateways.
4. Cancellations By Fearless Champions Hub
In the event that a program, workshop, or event is cancelled or rescheduled by Fearless Champions Hub, all enrolled participants will be offered:
- A full refund to the original payment method, or
- A transfer to the next available cohort or event of the same program.
Fearless Champions Hub is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants in anticipation of an event.
5. Rescheduling By Participants
Participants wishing to reschedule their enrollment to a future cohort or event may do so at no additional charge, subject to availability, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the start date will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
6. How To Request A Refund
To initiate a refund or cancellation request, contact the team with the following information:
- Full name and email address used at registration.
- Name of the program or event.
- Date of purchase and payment reference number.
- Reason for the cancellation request.

All refund requests are processed within 7–10 business days of approval. Refunds are credited to the original payment method only.
